I will buy everyone decayed orr emblem that you farm for me for 50g/each.

if im not mistaken, emblems were one of the things that could be traded for wintersday goodies in LA, last year (correct me if I'm wrong, it was like a year ago). TC is presuming they will use the same things this year so hes stocking up on them ahead of time so that he can mass up on the wintersdays goodies. Not a bad idea...

If i remember correctly, ascalon had the same items, but you had to trade them for grawl belts or something, which is easier to farm too
